Sure Electronics will choose mainland China as the major shipping origin, and we might ship from warehouse in other countries, Sure Electronics can not guarantee which warehouse will be chosen for each carriage, and Sure Electronics will not reply to such kind of inquiries. All price are excluded of VAT or import TAX, customers need to pay for that by themselves.

 

All orders are charged actual and/or dimensional weight and destination. Sure Electronics will use the most optimal carrier by considering clearance, delivery time, etc factors. We will select the optimal delivery according to your country. But if the target address is a remote area, customers need to pay for the remote area surcharge. Please check respective carrier’s website to ensure that your address will not be a remote area (Please refer to “Guide for Query Remote Area”). Sure Electronics will charge at least 15USD remote area surcharge per parcel. If customer refused to pay the remote area surcharge or our carrier can not provide shipping service to the shipping address, Sure Electronics will keep all rights to reject an order, and all payment will be return to customer and the order will be abandoned.

For customers who do not belong to above country list can order by email but we will charge 10USD for handling fees. If the total order is greater than 99.9USD, the handling fees will be exempted. Please send your order request email with item title, SKU, quantity, shipping address, telephone number and VAT number, etc information to store@sure-electronics.com. Our customer service staffs will help to processing your orders. All emails will be replied within 24 hours.

After shipping your parcel, we will send you an email including the carrier and tracking number information. You can view your order status by tracking the number on the respective carrier‘s website. 

NOTE: you can view the order status immediately on the respective website. If your package doesn’t arrive in a normal delivery time, you should check whether your shipment address on PayPal is correct or not and send the address for us to confirm via email. If it is encountered with strike or national holidays like New Year’s Day, Christmas, Easter day, etc during shipment, the delivery date might be postponed.

Sure Electronics reserves the right to the final decision in case of dispute. 

 

Normally, for Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Australia, Thailand, Taiwan and Hongkong SAR countries and regions, we will priority select  SF Express as carrier. 

 

Due to the specificity of Russian Federation, we could only provide EMS as carrier.

Correct Address and Custom Duty and Invoice Commercial Value:

Customer must provide a correct address and telephone number to make sure that the goods could be sent to your hands correctly. Customer can not request to modify or change the shipping address once the package was sent.

Due to EXW payment term and only Express carriers applied, Sure Electronics do not take any responsibility for undelivered package.

All commercial invoices in Sure Electronics will be marked as actual product value. 

The prices listed on this website are EXW Nanjing, RPC, payable in U.S. dollars. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. We will not take any responsibility for VAT or import TAX. Please check with your country’s custom to confirm what additional fees will be charged before ordering.

For all customers' parcels returned to Sure Electronics, which could only be caused by incorrect shipping address or uncooperative customs clearance, Sure Electronics will charge customer at least 49USD (carrier's invoice value at most) for each returned parcel. 

For all parcels detained by custom, which could only be caused by uncooperative customs clearance, custom will ask to pay for destruction or storage charges or return parcels to Sure Electronics. Sure Electronics will charge all these fees from customers.

For all undelivered or damaged parcels which caused by carrier, Sure Electronics will offer customer assistance to claim compensation with carrier.

For all commercial customers in Europe and all other countries which use a VAT, VAT number should be provided before shipping which will enables customers to obtain the VAT deduction. For all personal purchase, please attention your package status and cooperate with custom clearance.
